So many people have asked me where I get Nealia’s clothes and how I created her own little style. So, I decided I’d dedicate a blog post on this.
I love clothes and fashion and just the whole industry in general, that’s why I love working for Aveda and in the fashion and salon industry!
Anyways, it’s such a creative thing for me to juxtapose different pieces together to create new looks and to look for different clothes that I picture in my head!
I spend a lot of time looking at Etsy and eBay. I scour consignment shops and baby boutiques for good deals and discounts! It’s been pretty fun developing Nealia’s little style.
I’ve come to find particular brands that are my favorite and then I look for those specific clothes online or in stores. I don’t spend crazy amount a of money on her clothes. I’ve actually never spent more than $20 for something, and most of the stuff I get is under $10! I know some people think it’s crazy because babies outgrow there stuff so fast, but I know that I can always sell it back to shops or if I have another girl one day, she will have some pretty great little pieces to add to her wardrobe!
Some of my favorite brands that I have found are:
Tea, Peek, Nano12, Taille, Tucker Tate, Ella Moss and Splendid.
Box stores: of course baby gap, carters, Target and babies r us, Crazy Eight and Janie and Jack
And Etsy is a great place to find adorable handmade items and it’s cool that you are supporting independent artists!
Here are some of my latest fav outfits that my little fashionista has worn!
