It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…finally!

We are a little behind on finishing up our Christmas decorations and getting ready for the holidays! We usually like everything set up right after Thanksgiving, but our tree arrived late and honestly having a baby delays everything you plan to do! This weekend was dedicated to all things holiday!
We finished decorating the tree, did our mantle, bought a few presents-we still have a small list to finish up, we took Nealia to see Santa and today I’m doing some easy holiday baking! I’m making peanut butter krispie treats otherwise known as “Skotcharoos”, they are to die for. I’ve included the link to the recipe below! I bought cute tins and decorative bags from the dollar store (the best place ever for inexpensive holiday stuff) to put the treats in to give to neighbors, friends, my salons (for those that don’t know I am a sales rep for Aveda Corporate and handle about 28 accounts in the Denver area…this is my dream job and I love it!!)

Here are some pics of our house all decked out for the holidays and our visit with Santa. I ordered digital prints of her with Santa, but I have to wait 24-48 hours to download them…annoying and they were insanely expensive–$24!! Since when is Santa a rip off? I guess there are more suckers out there besides me because the place was packed!!

All in all it was worth it for Nealia’s first Christmas…this only happens once in her life!

Enjoy the pics…Tis the season to be merry!!
